The Porsche 911 Turbo 930 is the car of Tatsuya Shima in volume 1 of Wangan Midnight.
'The king of the Wangan' - 'The emperor of the Wangan', nicknamed by Shima himself as Blackbird.
This car has scramble boost (PUSH TO PASS in Assetto), which gives the 930's turbo an extra 0.3bar of boost in the WM story. To use it, use the KERS activation bind. It lasts 15 seconds and has infinite uses (since I do not think it can be used as a toggle, which would be ideal).
1.1 Changes:
TW plate replaced with new AEGIS plate.
Blackbird skin plate changed from anime 5 digit to the movie's real 4 digit one.
Brakes adjusted to prevent easy lock up.
Minor 3D fixes.
Overpowered ADVAN NEOVA AD08R tires added for time attack use and for servers with no tire regulations,
Added adjustable boost options used in the 930 Blackbird's final race.
Blackbird 930 ver. 1 = 454 hp @ 1.2 bar (estimated),
+Scramble Boost = 516 hp @ 1.5 bar (estimated).
Blackbird 930 ver. 2 = 516 hp @ 1.5 bar (estimated),
+Scramble Boost = 578 hp @ 1.8 bar (estimated).
80% Turbo = 1.2bar 454 hp,
100% Turbo = 1.5 bar 516 hp,
Scramble boost (push2pash) = (Turbo + 0.3bar).

Info:
The Blackbird is first seen in the street racing circles in 1986 with Masaki (RGO FD3S driver) and Gatchan (Celsior Driver) as rivals. It seems heavily based off a mix of OEM 930 parts and RUF BTR aero. In volume 1, Shima races the 930 with the Devil Z and Reina's R32 GT-R. Before the 930's final race, it gets a few upgrades: a new front lip, new spark plugs and a boost increase from 1.2 bar to 1.5. With scramble boost, theoretically the 930 would be outputting close to 580hp after the upgrade. Shima's mechanic warns him that running 1.5bar for a long time would break the engine. Inevitably, the 930 spins out while racing the Devil Z and we later find out that the engine had blown.
Shima doesn't appear until the next volume, 7 chapters later. In vol. 2 chapter 17 we see Shima driving a new 911 Turbo 3.6 964 at 280kmh testing new upgrades...
